Job Description:


Role Definition:


This role is responsible for managing sales of Panasonic solutions to large corporate and end-user accounts. The position also involves contributing to product and solution development for Panasonic India by working closely with internal teams and partner organizations to develop new solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


- Maintain strong relationships with customers and manage projects end-to-end with support from extended teams.


- Establish business from scratch, ensure upselling to end customers, and drive revenue growth.


- Achieve monthly sales targets for each solution within the assigned region.


- Provide timely and accurate market feedback to management, along with suggestions for improvement.


- Handle direct sales engagements with end customers.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer leadership and top management.


- Work effectively in cross-functional roles.


- Lead development of new products/solutions in areas such as Digital Signage, Display Technology, Audio, Video & Web Conferencing, IoT, and emerging technologies.


- Possess exposure to Mobile Apps, On-Premise, and SaaS/Cloud-enabled solution development.


- Manage projects with focus on QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery).


- Collaborate with internal departments, group companies, and vendors.


- Ensure quality of final products and solutions delivered.


- Manage project schedules and budgets.


- Prepare and share weekly management reports as per defined timelines.


- Share regular progress reports with all stakeholders.


- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Agile project management methodologies.


- Act as an individual contributor with strong ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


- Strong negotiation and communication skills (spoken and written English).


- Ability to meet project timelines consistently.


- Optimization of functional operations.


- Effective management of projects/programs as per management direction.


- Proactive, decisive, and result-oriented approach.


- Ability to build and manage CXO-level relationships.


- Strong presentation skills backed by research and business analysis.


Educational Qualifications:


- B.E. / B.Tech / Graduate


- MBA preferred


Work Experience:


- 5-10 years of experience, preferably in a similar industry


Function-Specific Requirements:


- Strong business acumen


- Project management knowledge covering schedule, cost, scope, and quality assurance


- Experience collaborating with ODM vendors


- Knowledge of product quality assurance


- Understanding of SDLC


- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and MS Project


- Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)


- Knowledge of code repository management tools


- Prior experience handling AV products such as Professional Displays, Projectors, or solutions like Digital Signage
