Role Overview:
- We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and delivering measurable results across multiple digital channels.
- The ideal candidate will bring not only execution expertise but also the strategic acumen to lead client accounts, mentor internal teams, and ensure ROI-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities.
- Own and execute end-to-end digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
- Drive B2B and B2C lead generation strategies, with hands-on experience in scaling beyond basic D2C funnels.
- Manage movie and entertainment marketing campaigns, creating high-impact digital strategies for launches.
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns with a focus on ROI and cost efficiency.
- Lead performance marketing efforts - from campaign setup to conversion tracking and reporting.
- Manage client relationships: communicate strategy, performance, and results clearly.
- Guide and mentor a team of digital executives/associates, ensuring quality delivery and growth.
- Work cross-functionally with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Constantly test, analyze, and refine strategies to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
Requirements.
- 5-8 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid performance campaigns.
- Prior agency experience handling diverse clients and industries.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-budget PPC campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
- Hands-on expertise in analytics, tracking, and reporting tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Data Studio, etc.
- Strong understanding of funnel building, remarketing, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent client communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
