- Set up and manage campaigns across Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest, and Snapchat as per media plans and client briefs.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and improve overall performance.
Reporting & Insights:
- Create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and end-of-campaign performance reports.
- Provide insights, observations, and actionable recommendations based on campaign data.
- Identify learnings and propose strategies for future campaigns.
Client Strategy & Communication:
- Participate or lead strategy discussions with clients regarding audience targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and more.
- Conduct research to develop new ideas and strategies for brand performance improvement.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders including brand owners and internal teams to ensure timely and error-free execution.
- Share knowledge with team members and mentor junior team members in daily operations.
- Guide the team in delivering campaigns aligned with clients KPIs and objectives.
Planning & Forecasting:
- Forecast budgets, estimate performance metrics, and plan campaigns based on audience size and past performance trends.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of paid social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat).
