Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and channel partners.
- Achieve sales targets through effective territory planning and client acquisition.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to shape strategic planning.
- Conduct client presentations, product demos, and site visits as needed.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business with clients and channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, technical) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales/business development within the building materials or construction-related industry.
- Strong network of industry contacts (architects, builders, dealers, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong drive for results.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
