This is an exciting opportunity to join Oxford University Press (OUP), a globally recognized leader in educational publishing.

As an Area Manager for International Schools, you will contribute to OUPs mission of excellence in education by promoting high-quality international resources across Telangana.

For professionals already in the education or publishing sector, this role offers a meaningful changeproviding exposure to prestigious international curricula (Oxford International Curriculum, OxfordAQA, CIE, IB), cutting-edge digital tools, and a collaborative team culture.

Opportunity:


In this role, you will:.


- Provide end-to-end services to schools, including tracking orders, offering teaching support, and organizing training/workshops.

- Manage key distributor accounts, ensuring timely collections and achieving collection budgets.

- Make presentations on OUPs print and digital offerings to educators.

- Acquire and maintain product knowledge for current and upcoming resources (print and digital).

- Promote and sign up schools for curriculum products (Oxford International Curriculum & OxfordAQA).

- Promote digital products such as MyMaths and Oxford Reading Buddy to drive additional revenue.

- Share monthly/bi-monthly sales forecasts and conduct weekly budget reviews.

- Log daily sales feedback and adoptions in the sales tracker.

- Act as the first point of contact for school/distributor queries related to international resources.

- Your work will directly impact OUPs growth in the international school segment, enhancing our reach and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.

About You Essential Criteria:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- In-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and willingness to travel extensively.

- Familiarity with the education sector, including schools, assessments, and curriculum.

- Solution-centric sales skills, ability to engage effectively with customers.

- Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

Desirable Criteria:

- Experience working with international curricula and digital education platforms.

- Strong presentation skills and ability to build long-term relationships with educators.
