Job Title: Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon

Hiring Through: Hospital Placement Recruitment Agency

Location: As per hospital requirement (India / Overseas specify if needed)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon to join a reputed hospital.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and surgically managing disorders related to the spine while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate patients with spinal disorders, injuries, and deformities through clinical examination and diagnostic imaging.

- Perform surgical and non-surgical treatments for spine-related conditions, including trauma, degenerative diseases, and deformities.

- Conduct complex spinal surgeries such as decompressions, fusions, and minimally invasive spine procedures.

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and best clinical practices.

- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, physiotherapists, neurologists, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.

- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, medical ethics, and regulatory standards.

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records and surgical documentation.

- Participate in clinical audits, case discussions, and continuous medical education.

- Guide and mentor junior doctors and medical staff when required.

Required Qualifications:

- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.

- MS/DNB in Orthopaedics.

- Fellowship or super-specialization in Spine Surgery (preferred).

- Valid Medical Council registration.

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Orthopaedic Spine Surgery (number can be customized).

- Proven experience in independent spine surgeries and advanced procedures.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong surgical and clinical decision-making skills.

- Expertise in spine trauma, degenerative spine conditions, and minimally invasive techniques.

- Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities.

- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.

- Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
