Performance Marketing Manager


Brief Summary


As the Manager of Performance Marketing at ORRA Fine Jewellery, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.


This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience in managing performance-based digital marketing channels. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team, external agencies, and cross functional teams to achieve marketing objectives and drive business results.


Brief Job Description (just an indicative list and not limited to the following)

- Plan, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.


- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish targets to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.


- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media platforms, display networks, and affiliate marketing.


- Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to create compelling ad copies, landing pages, and visuals that align with brand guidelines and drive engagement.


- Monitor ad performance, manage budgets, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.


- Work closely with the SEO team to enhance organic search visibility and optimize website content.


- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and SEO-friendly content that aligns with the brand's messaging and target audience.


- Conduct thorough analysis of website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.


- Implement A/B tests, landing page optimization, and other CRO techniques to enhance the overall customer experience and increase conversions.


- Utilize various analytics tools and platforms to track marketing performance, generate reports, and present findings to key stakeholders.


Desired Skills

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.


- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.


- Proven track record of managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.


- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant marketing platforms.


- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.


- Experience in managing external agencies and vendors.
