- Strong experience in the main fields of compensation such as salary benchmarking, reporting and dashboards, variable pay plans, and mobility - Multicounty experience in compensation, preferably in a multinational matrix organization. - Strong presentation and articulation skills (very good written and oral communication skills -clear, concise and a logical thought process) - Act as a subject matter expert to the business giving the strategic focus - Delivering business results through the attraction and retention of workforce by designing competitive, innovative, merit-based, up-to-date and non-discriminatory compensation and benefits programs that recognizes and rewards employees' contributions and achievements - Lead the Compensation & Benefits vertical for the region. - Contribute to the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures to meet competitive and equity objectives as determined by senior management. - To act as a link between the global compensation / global benefits team and the regional Hr team. Represents the APAC region for all C&B related matters and is the SPOC on a regional level for the global C&B team for all initiatives or routine transactional activities.
