Oracle HCM Functional Analyst

Job Description :

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in information systems/technology, or a related field is desired.

- Oracle certifications in HCM, Payroll

- Hands-on experience implementing new instances of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM for a US based company

- 7+ years working with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM

- 3+ years working with United States based payroll

- Functional knowledge of the common HCM modules. This includes, but is not limited to, Core HR/HCM, Time & Labor, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Compensation

- Technical knowledge of the underlying/supporting interface, error, processing, and validation tables required to import HCM related data.
