1. Develop Business Plans for the assigned LOB, define the present outlook and the future possibilities in-line with Oracle Go-To-Market Strategy. Identify Key Drivers of Success for the team and ensure strong Implementation of Key Drivers  2. Develop Quarterly and Monthly Operational Plans for the assigned LOB, design the work flow plan for the team to ensure strategic distribution of Territories and Regions in line with the Sales Territories.  3. Ensure a Quarterly and Monthly Strong Execution plan in place to achieve the Key Metrics and Key Targets. Freely and Frequently Review the Plans and modify the Plans to align them with changing Business Dynamics  4. Build Successful Teams for the assigned LOBs and motivate, coach and guide team members to achieve their Targets and help them be successful Oracle employees.  5. Meet and exceed the stated Revenue and Coverage Targets for Self and the entire BD Team aligned to the BDM  6. Work with close collaboration with Stakeholders - both Internal and External and become an integrated and significant contributor to Oracle India Sales functions.  Preferred Prior Experience  - 6-8 years of work experience, preferably in Direct BD/ Sales/ Account Management  - Prior experience of at least 2 years and more in Direct People Management in Sales/BD/Account Management
