Job Role: Head of Finance

Work Location: Bangalore Corporate Office.

As the Head of Finance, you will lead the finance function end-to-end, driving strategic financial planning, compliance, risk management, and investor reporting, while supporting the companys aggressive growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.

- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights.

- Ensure compliance with RBI/SEBI/ROC/Tax and other statutory requirements.

- Oversee treasury, fund management, and investor relations.

- Collaborate with business teams to align financial goals with business strategy.

- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

- Implement and strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and MIS reporting.

- Work with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, rating agencies, and consultants.

Requirements: Education:

- 12+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in NBFC/BFSI sector.

- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, credit products (LAP preferred), and funding models.

- Proven track record in managing investor/stakeholder expectations.
