Operations Analytics & Support Manager - ERD/GIS Support/Telematics/Equipment

- Lead and manage the India-based ERD/OAS team supporting U.S. field operations.

- Coordinate daily with U.S. Operations Directors, Field Supervisors, Emergency Response Division leaders, and Equipment Managers.

- Produce analytics on equipment utilization and project inventory, load counts, volumetrics, productivity cycles, downtime, and field progress.

- Mentor and guide analysts to ensure quality, alignment, and timely delivery of outputs.

- Manage end-to-end equipment tracking and integrate telematics data from Samsara, VisionLink, and Qtanium.

- Diagnose discrepancies across GPS, engine hours, and operational movement logs.

- Prepare data packages and actionable insights for U.S. leadership during deployments.

- Support billing teams with GPS route verification, haul-distance validation, and ticket reconciliation.

- Build and maintain operational dashboards, automations, and reporting tools.

- Develop and validate GIS layers such as polygons, buffers, haul routes, and operational zones.

Required Qualifications:

- Degree in GIS, Geography, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, or related fields.

- 8-10 years of experience in operations analytics, ERD/GIS support, telematics, or equipment operations.

- Proven ability to interpret telematics data and troubleshoot discrepancies.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in ArcGIS, QGIS, and operational mapping concepts.

- Experience working with global or field-based teams.
