Operation Manager (IIT/NIT/IIIT)
Description: As a Business Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in streamlining our day-to-day operation.
Youll be responsible for optimizing processes, analyzing operational metrics, managing cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end operational workflows across departments.
- Use data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to automate and digitize key operations
- Build dashboards, analyze KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports for leadership
- Handle vendor management, negotiations, and SLA tracking
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Lead special projects in scaling operations, tech implementations, and cost optimization
- Work with the central ops/product/tech teams to suggest real-world operational feedback
- Handle on-ground escalations and crisis management with agility
