This position requires candidates with hands on experience in Process excellence, process Automation , Business process management. Someone with strong experience of development life cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across project management, procurement, construction, and delivery functions. - Analyze current operational processes and identify areas of improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality management tools. - Design and implement standardized processes, SOPs, and frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance across projects. - Work closely with project teams, engineering, procurement,to drive process changes and monitor impact. - Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to track efficiency and operational performance. - Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for project delays, cost overruns, and quality issues. - Facilitate cross-functional workshops and training to promote a culture of continuous improvement. - Benchmark internal and external best practices to stay abreast of industry innovations and technologies. - Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying automation opportunities (e.g., BIM, ERP, RPA). - Develop and maintain documentation on process standards, audit findings, and continuous improvement plans.
