Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager - Engineering Services to lead and deliver multi-million-dollar global engineering projects across domains such as BIW Fixture Design, Robotic Simulation, Product & Tooling Design, and Cost Engineering.

The ideal candidate will have strong program delivery experience, with a proven track record in managing large teams, handling P&L responsibilities, and driving operational excellence through Six Sigma methodologies and strategic planning.

Function: Engineering Delivery, Program Management, Product Design, Manufacturing Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Leadership:

- Lead the global delivery of Manufacturing Engineering Projects including BIW fixture design, robotic cell simulation, and tooling.

- Own the end-to-end delivery cycle-from project scoping, estimation (RFQ), and planning to execution, risk management, and closure.

- Ensure alignment with delivery KPIs such as First Time Right, on-time delivery, and quality benchmarks.

Team and Program Management:

- Manage large offshore delivery teams (up to 130+ FTEs) and coordinate with global clients across North America, Europe, UK, and Latin America.

- Build and operate Offshore Dedicated Centers, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 standards.

- Drive talent management, resource allocation (internal + outsourced), and productivity optimization.

P&L and Revenue Management:

- Accountable for project P&L, revenue forecasting, and margin delivery (achieving up to 34% margin).

- Collaborate with Sales and Presales for RFQ estimation and project pursuit.

Engineering Leadership:

- Provide technical leadership in Product Design, Value Engineering, Cost Optimization, Tooling Design, and CAE.

- Support client initiatives including benchmarking, field failure analysis, and technical publication.

Process & Quality Management:

- Apply Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) and continuous improvement frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.

- Lead QMS and ISMS Audits and implement governance models to ensure delivery excellence.
