This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Business Manager based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Online Business Manager will oversee business operations, manage online initiatives, coordinate projects, and ensure the smooth execution of tasks. The role includes monitoring team performance, report generation, process optimization, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The manager will also develop strategies to enhance efficiency, support business growth, and create a productive work environment aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Business Strategy, Operations Management, and Project Coordination

- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

- Experience with online platforms, digital tools, and process optimization

- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
