Backed by technology and mission-driven execution, were now looking for a growth specialist who will be central to shaping our expansion into the BFSI sector.

This role is for someone who knows how banks actually buy procurement, compliance, pilots, long sales cycles, and internal champions and can open doors, run large deals, and close.

You should have:

- Proven experience selling BFSI / fintech / infra / API products to banks or large NBFCs.

- Strong understanding of bank buying processes, RFPs, InfoSec, and compliance.

- Ability to build relationships at CXO / BU head level.

- Hunger to build something, not just manage accounts.

Youll own:

- Enterprise BFSI revenue.

- Bank partnerships and large strategic deals.

- Go-to-market motion for our infra products.

Location: Mumbai.

Stage: High-growth fintech infra.

Role: Individual contributor with leadership runway.
