ONLY LOOKING FOR MUMBAI BASED CANDIDATES Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and validate product ideas. - Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs. - Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver products that delight users. - Lead product development from ideation through launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality output. - Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team. - Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes. - Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates, product demos, and progress reports. - Drive go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximize product adoption and revenue growth. - Champion a customer-centric approach, continuously gathering insights and improving the user experience. - Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment. - Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams. - Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate effectively. - Solid technical knowledge and ability to understand complex product architectures and technical constraints. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in iterative development cycles. - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
