We're hiring for a 'Growth Associate - D2C Supply' within the Retail Category team at ONDC. This role plays a critical function, ensuring category growth, operational readiness, and early-stage activation of supply partners. It provides the opportunity to be part of 0-1 journey of one of the most innovative market building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard top performing D2C brands across categories like Beauty, Electronics, Health and wellness, Home and Kitchen
- Lead closure for commercial agreements and driving onboarding journey with our network partners
- Build relationships with key stakeholders of the brands and align for GTM plan and growth objectives
- Seek and execute monthly promotional offers, marketing budgets from sellers
- Ensure visibility of sellers' catalogue and offers across the Network
- Post-Go-Live Support: Act as the primary support interface for onboarded sellers and supply partners.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve operational, catalog, pricing, and fulfillment issues in coordination with internal teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Track supply-side health metrics such as order success rate, cancellations, and SLA adherence.
- Partner Communication: Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure clarity and confidence in network processes.
- Operational Feedback: Surface systemic issues and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in managing sales & growth in key account management role, experience in digital marketplace role preferred
- Strong execution skills with high attention to detail & ability to get things done
- Comfortable working across multiple internal teams and external partners.
- Structured problem-solver with strong follow-through
