Ecosystem Lead
Description:
Were hiring for a pivotal role on the Consumer apps team at ONDC, one that offers high visibility and a rare opportunity to shape strategic initiatives while driving execution. You will be directly supporting the scale-up of large ecosystem partner apps on the network and engaging with senior stakeholders within ONDC and across partner organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Scale: Support the pipeline of large ecosystem apps and ensure smooth go-lives.
- Performance Management: Track adoption and engagement metrics (impressions, conversions, orders per day) and generate insights for decision-making.
- Executive Reporting: Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and presentations for ONDC leadership and CXO-level ecosystem partners.
- Cross-functional Execution: Collaborate with internal teams (tech, category, onboarding, marketing) to remove bottlenecks and accelerate adoption.
- Strategic Program Support: Assist in executing demand-generation initiatives and category-specific programs that enhance ecosystem growth
Candidate Profile:
- MBA with experience selling software to C-suite executives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to Google analytics preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to operate confidently in leadership settings.
- A structured, execution-oriented professional who combines attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Demonstrates executive presence and the maturity to engage senior leaders and external stakeholders.
