We seek a smart, dynamic Tier 1 MBA graduate with exceptional skills in Product Marketing, to lead our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strategic mindset, and is passionate about driving growth through innovative solutions.
1. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Product Launches
- Strategic Planning: Develop and own the end-to-end GTM strategy-defining target markets, buyer personas, messaging, and sales motion.
- Product Launches: Lead multi-channel product launches, ensuring tight alignment across sales, marketing, customer success, and product.
2. Product Positioning and Strategic Messaging
- Value Proposition Development: Craft compelling, differentiated messaging that highlights ROI,efficiency, and business impact.
- Messaging Framework: Build a persona-driven messaging architecture that aligns with decisionmakers across segments.
- Positioning Strategy: Define market category fit, competitive edge, and how the product maps to evolving industry standards.
3. Sales Enablement and Commercial Support
- Collateral Development: Create high-impact sales tools including decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, and competitive battle cards.
- Training Programs: Conduct dynamic training sessions to keep the sales team sharp on product, market context, and customer objections.
- Sales Alignment: Act as a strategic partner to sales-ensuring they have the insights, content, and support to close deals effectively.
4. Demand Generation and Funnel Acceleration
- Campaign Development: Design and launch targeted campaigns (email, webinars, whitepapers) to drive quality pipeline.
- Lead Scoring and Nurturing: Implement lead scoring models and nurture flows that accelerate MQL to SQL conversion.
5. Thought Leadership and Brand Elevation
- Content Creation: Develop expert content-whitepapers, blogs, case studies, solution briefs-that showcases product strength and domain leadership.
- Webinars and Industry Events: Represent the brand through webinars and key industry events to boost visibility and credibility.
6. Customer Advocacy and Reference Marketing
- Case Studies & Testimonials: Develop impactful stories and testimonials from satisfied customers to boost sales confidence.
- Reference Program: Build and manage a roster of customer champions willing to advocate during late-stage sales cycles.
7. Cross-Functional Leadership
- With Product Teams: Influence the roadmap by translating market needs and feedback into product priorities.
- With Customer Success: Collaborate on post-sale feedback loops, upsell strategies, and retention insights.
8. Market Research and Competitive Intelligence
- Industry Trends: Stay ahead of regulatory changes, market shifts, and emerging tech to guide strategic direction.
- Voice of Customer: Run structured conversations with users and buyers to surface pain points and innovation opportunities.
- Competitor Analysis: Deep-dive into competitor positioning, pricing, strengths/weaknesses, and GTM moves.
9. Performance Measurement and Optimization
- KPIs & Analytics: Track and report on key marketing and sales metrics-pipeline velocity, conversion rates, CAC, and CLTV.
- Feedback Loops: Set up formal mechanisms to absorb and act on input from the field, customers, and performance data.
Qualifications :-
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute is a must.
- 4-6 years of experience in Product Marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, presentations, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive multiple projects to completion.
