Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment for our RCM business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hiring Medical Coding professionals with 5-10 years of experience across specialties such as IPDRG, Surgery Coding, Home Health and other advanced coding domains. This role requires strong communication skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage recruitment for coding roles within the RCM industry.

- Source, screen, and hire candidates for coding specialties like IPDRG, Surgery Coding, Home Health, etc.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality talent within timelines.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of coding professionals with 5-10 years of experience.

- Utilize job boards, social media, and innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.

- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards during the hiring process.

- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.

- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

- Demonstrate leadership in driving recruitment strategies and influencing stakeholders for successful outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 8-10 years in Talent Acquisition with at least 5-6 years in hiring for the RCM industry.

- Proven expertise in recruiting Medical Coding professionals (IPDRG, Surgery Coding, Home Health, etc.).

- Strong understanding of coding certifications and healthcare industry requirements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver under tight timelines.

- Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms.

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline. Postgraduate in Human Resources.

- Certification exposure in Medical Coding is an added advantage.

- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory aspects in healthcare recruitment.

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience hiring for US Healthcare / RCM organizations.

- Exposure to volume hiring as well as niche specialty coding roles.

- Willingness to support hiring across Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
