About:

1. Execute end-to-end process of issuance and listing of securities, including CPs, NCDs, PTCs, and other debt instruments.

2. Coordinate with stock exchanges, RTA, debenture trustees, merchant bankers, and internal stakeholders.

3. Manage LODR compliance, including periodic and event-based filings, disclosures, and monitoring.

4. Draft and review offer documents, term sheets, shareholder communications, and board- related disclosures.

5. Maintain compliance registers, trackers, and documentation across regulatory frameworks.

6. Ensure adherence to NBFC regulations issued by RBI and applicable corporate governance norms.

7. Support audits, board committee reporting, and internal compliance reviews.

8. Monitor regulatory updates and implement changes in processes and documentation.
