Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced- Odoo Sales Consultant- to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP modules, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record in ERP/IT solution sales.
This role involves understanding client business needs, demonstrating Odoo solutions, and driving end-to-end sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions.
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and propose tailored Odoo solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure feasibility and accurate proposals.
- Prepare and present commercial offers, proposals, and contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on Odoo product features, updates, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in ERP/Software solution sales (Odoo experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into Odoo solutions.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
