Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with extensive experience in channel partnerships within the e-commerce domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling global partnerships to drive business growth and expand market reach. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of executing complex partnership initiatives across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive partnership strategies to increase revenue, market share, and brand presence.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements with partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and product) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics of partnerships and implement improvement strategies.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in global markets.
- Represent the organization at international events, conferences, and partner meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience managing partnerships on a global scale.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives across multiple markets.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
