The position offers advancement opportunities and a competitive salary.   Responsibilities:   - Manage day to day operations of the location / site   - Direct reports will be 3 location managers   - Total staff at location will be approximately 150 Agents/Team Leads   - Identify improvement opportunities related to the underwriting (Government and in-house) programs and processes   - Reduce variability in performance among team members   - Confirm compliance to all investor and government guidelines   - Daily, weekly, and monthly communication to team members regarding goals, key drivers, procedural changes, and important company messages   - Confirm all business unit policies and procedures are updated to reflect requirements   - Prepare dashboard and loan level reporting on team results of key performance indicators   - Assist in creation and attend monthly operations review presentation for Senior and Executive Management   - Ensure process controls are in place and being reviewed weekly with direct reports and monthly with the Director for BU   Key Result Areas:   - Assure all key drivers are achieved related to production, quality goals and variability   - Timely implementation and compliance of all directives   - Motivation of team members   - Training of new hires and ongoing training of existing employees when deficiencies or new policies require the same   - Annual reviews of direct reports   - Assist with interview and hiring needs   - Perform staffing analysis on a monthly basis to ensure staffing needs are met   Qualifications:   - Knowledge of MS- Office is a must. Should be highly proficient in Excel and Access   - Excellent written and oral presentation skills   - Graduate preferably post-graduation from a reputed business school/university   - Strong organizational skills   - Strong analytical skills, including ability to develop reports, analyze and interpret data   - Ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment   - Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and adapt to constantly changing business environment   - The ideal candidate will be self-confident and goal oriented   - Extremely innovative and aggressive   - Strong Leadership skills
