Job description
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Strategy & Execution
- Design and deliver learning programs across behavioral, functional, and leadership domains.
- Align training initiatives with annual HR strategy and business priorities.
- Facilitate high-impact sessionsvirtual and in-person-with precision and emotional intelligence.
2. LMS Management
- Own the Learning Management System: content upload, user access, reporting, and compliance.
- Curate and maintain a structured digital learning library.
- Track completion, feedback, and effectiveness metrics.
3. Annual Learning Calendar
- Build and publish the annual training calendar in collaboration with HRBPs and business leaders.
- Ensure calendar reflects site-specific needs, leadership priorities, and value reinforcement.
- Monitor adherence and optimize scheduling for maximum participation.
4. Content Creation & Curation
- Develop branded, engaging training content: decks, videos, toolkits, and facilitator guides.
- Translate complex topics into elegant, audience-tailored formats.
- Partner with internal SMEs and external vendors for specialized modules.
5. Program Delivery & Impact
- Execute programs with operational rigor-pre-work, logistics, feedback, and post-session follow-ups.
- Capture and report training ROI through dashboards and insights.
- Continuously improve programs based on feedback and evolving business needs.

- Calendar adherence and training coverage across functions/sites
- LMS engagement and completion rates
- Participant feedback scores
- Value alignment in content and delivery
- Stakeholder satisfaction and repeat nominations
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience in L&D, preferably in real estate, luxury, or service industries
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills
- Hands-on with LMS platforms and digital tools
- Emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented, and brand-conscious
- Able to balance creativity with operational discipline
