Role Purpose
To design and drive strategic OD interventions, succession planning frameworks, HiPo identification programs, Assessment & Development Centres (AC/DC), and Learning & Development strategies that strengthen organizational capability, build leadership pipelines, and align talent practices with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
OD Interventions:
- Design and implement organizational development initiatives to enhance culture, collaboration, and performance.
- Partner with leadership to drive change management and employee engagement programs.
Succession Planning:
- Develop and maintain succession frameworks for critical roles.
- Facilitate leadership reviews and talent calibration sessions.
- Ensure readiness of successors through targeted development plans.
HiPo Identification & Development:
- Establish criteria and processes for identifying high-potential employees.
- Design fast-tracks career paths and development journeys for HiPos.
- Monitor progress and impact through talent dashboards.
Assessment & Development Centres (AC/DC):
- Conceptualize and execute assessment centres for leadership and managerial roles.
- Use psychometric tools, simulations, and structured exercises to evaluate competencies.
- Provide actionable feedback and development plans.
Learning & Development Strategy:
- Build enterprise-wide L&D strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Curate leadership programs, technical training, and behavioural interventions.
- Leverage digital learning platforms and blended learning models.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with CXOs, business heads, and HRBPs to align talent strategy with organizational goals.
- Publish process updates and talent dashboards regularly (e.g., weekly email updates).
Desired Profile:
- 8-15 years of progressive HR/OD experience in large organizations.
- Full-time MBA from a reputed institute.
- Strong expertise in OD frameworks, succession planning, HiPo programs, AC/DC design, and L&D strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
