About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented Partnership Manager to drive strategic alliances within the ERP ecosystem.
The role involves identifying, onboarding, and nurturing channel partners such as IT resellers, ERP implementation consultants, CA networks, and digital transformation firms to expand ERP solution reach across SMB and enterprise segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners including ERP implementers, system integrators, CA networks, Tally and Zoho partners, and IT resellers.
- Build and nurture strong business relationships with consulting firms, accounting firms, POS vendors, and digital advisors.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand market presence and solution adoption.
- Collaborate with partners to co-create bundled offerings and joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
- Enable partners with product training, sales tools, and marketing support to drive performance.
- Define and monitor partner KPIs to ensure alignment with revenue and business goals.
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams for smooth partner engagement.
- Track partnership performance, pipeline, and contribution to overall business growth.
- Represent the organization in partner events, conferences, and networking platforms.
Required Skillsets:
- Proven experience in partnership management, channel development, or ecosystem growth within the ERP, SaaS, or IT solutions domain.
- Strong understanding of the ERP landscape and familiarity with vendors like Tally, Zoho, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and develop win-win partnerships.
- Proficiency in planning and executing joint GTM or channel enablement programs.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with cross-functional collaboration.
