Role Overview:
We are seeking an ERP Demo & Functional Consultant to act as a bridge between sales, product, and clients. The role involves understanding customer requirements, delivering product demonstrations, conducting business process mapping, and ensuring successful ERP implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations (online & onsite) tailored to client requirements.
- Work with the sales team during pre-sales to position ERP solutions efectively.
- Gather and analyze client business processes, pain points, and map them to ERP functionalities.
- Provide functional consulting on ERP modules (Finance, HR, Payroll, Inventory, Purchase, Project Management, etc.).
- Act as a techno-functional bridge between business users and the technical team.
- Prepare detailed SRS (System Requirement Specifcations) and assist in solution design.
- Support implementation teams during client onboarding, confguration, and training.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate with support/development teams to resolve functional issues.
- Stay updated with ERP product enhancements and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related felds.
- 3 - 8 years of experience as an ERP Functional / Techno-Functional Consultant (Construction ERP preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ERP modules Finance & Accounts, HR/Payroll, Inventory, Purchase, Project Management.
- Excellent skills in product demo, presentation, and client engagement.
- Ability to translate business needs into ERP solutions.
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementation, confguration, and UAT is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
