Purpose Of the Job: Work closely with MD, CFO and Senior Leadership Team for creating and presenting a consistently applied strategic investment message to the investment community on behalf of the company, and for monitoring and presenting to management the opinions of the investor community regarding the company's performance, including benchmarking with competitors. Job Description: 1. Responsible for developing and articulating the overall Nuvoco financial and strategic message to investors and analysts. Develop and maintain a company investor relations plan. 2. Formalize external investor relations communications strategy, framework and processes. 3. Analyze information from the broker/analyst/investment community and prepare board/management reports outlining key findings and trends. Perform a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation. 4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including a database on analysts and key investors as appropriate. 5. Establish the optimum type and mix of shareholders and create that mix through a variety of targeting initiatives. 6. Monitor operational changes through ongoing contacts with company management and develop investor relations messages based on these changes. 7. Provide Regulation Fair Disclosure training to all company spokespersons 8. Create presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases on a periodical basis, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors. 9. Oversee the production of all annual reports, Stock Exchange filings / proxy statements. 10. Manage the investor relations portion of the company web site. 11. Develop an Investor Relations calendar of events and organize meetings with the shareholders of the company, potential investors by means of conferences, road shows, investor meetings, and regular meetings with analysts (both sell-side as buy-side). 12. Arrange Investors Call after every quarterly meeting with Financial Institutes, Investor Communities, MF, FFI etc. Also prepare Q&A for these calls in consultation with the Senior Leadership Team. 13. Provide feedback to management regarding the investor community's perception of how the company is being managed, and their view of its financial results. 14. Represent the views of the investor community to the management team in the development of corporate strategy. Qualification: MBA Finance / CA Desired/ Preferable: Experience: - 15+ years of overall work experience out of which at least 10 years in investor relations department. - Preferably from Listed Organization & managing 5K Cr investment Portfolio Key - Internal Stakeholders: Nuvoco Top Management & Concerned Depts. - External Stakeholders: Financial Institutes, Investor Communities, Mutual Funds, Securities.
