We're looking for a curious, creative, and detail-oriented designer to join our team at Nurture.retail, a leading B2B e-commerce platform for agri-inputs.
You'll be working on exciting challenges - from designing intuitive experiences for retailers and manufacturers to building clean, scalable interfaces that make business easier and smarter.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with product, tech & business teams to bring ideas to life
- Contribute to Nurture.retail's design system and ensure consistency
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that tell a story
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve experiences
Who you are:
- A designer with 3-5 years of experience, preferably in B2B/B2C e-commerce
- Hands-on with Figma and passionate about design principles
- Someone who loves feedback, iteration, and solving real user problems
- You care about the why behind design decisions and enjoy collaboration
