Key Responsibilities: - HR Business Partnering: Advisor to leadership, providing insights and guidance on talent strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and align HR initiatives. - Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition, employee development, and succession planning efforts. Design and implement programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a high-performance culture. - HR Operations: Oversee HR processes such as employee life cycle management, and compliance. Ensure smooth HR operations and efficiency through continuous process improvement. - Compensation & Benefits: Develop and manage competitive compensation strategies, ensuring internal equity and external market competitiveness.
