What you'll do : - Cross-functional work that will involve working closely with Supply Chain, Business Finance, Sales, Analytics and other verticals to ensure smooth functioning of the company's e-commerce platform - Own the design and revamp of business processes for existing and new projects leading to robust systems - Handle financial operations related to payout and reconciliation for vendors on the platform - Analyse financial data to identify areas for business growth and process improvements - Assist in analysis of data related to business operations for consumption by company executives What we're looking for: - Proficiency with MS Excel and other Office tools - Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with numbers - Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles - Knowledge of SQL/Python is a big plus - Previous experience of handling vendor payouts - Team player with strong interpersonal skills
