Nurture.Retail is a B2B Agri Input e-commerce marketplace which provides the small retailers with access to more than 20000+ SKUs of Seeds, Pesticides, Insecticides and other Agri Input materials. Responsibilities:- End-to-End Product Ownership: - Take complete ownership of product development from conceptualization to delivery, scaling the product by 10x in collaboration with business teams. - Manage the product lifecycle, including need discovery, problem identification, solution ideation, roadmap building, and prioritization, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with engineering, design, agronomy, operations, supply chain, and business development teams to build cohesive product strategies. - Partner with internal teams to gather input and develop roadmaps, balancing multiple perspectives and ensuring alignment across functions. User-Centric Development: - Champion the voice of the customer and the end user throughout the product lifecycle. Collaborate with UX and design teams to deliver products that meet and exceed user expectations. Data-Driven Decision Making: - Leverage data analytics and research (both qualitative and quantitative) to drive product enhancements, validate hypotheses, and identify areas for optimization. - Conduct A/B testing, user feedback sessions, and competitor analysis to make informed product decisions and prioritize development efforts. Entrepreneurial and Result-Oriented Mindset: - Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and bias for action, balancing managing existing products at scale and building new solutions from scratch. - Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering measurable results and scaling innovative solutions for the marketplace and sellers. Marketplaces and Seller Experience: - Conceptualize and develop products focused on marketplace growth and seller experience. Prioritise and iterate based on market needs, competitive analysis, and feedback. Stakeholder Communication: - Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior management and cross-functional partners. Proactively solicit feedback and incorporate inputs to drive continuous improvement and product innovation. Leadership and Mentorship: - Mentor and guide junior product managers, sharing best practices, and contributing to a learning-oriented, innovative product team culture. Qualifications:- - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. - 4+ (6+ for Senior PM) years of experience in product management, Strategy in Consumer Tech, software development, or related field. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making. - Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset. Preferred Qualifications:- - Experience working in Agile development methodologies. - Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana. - Knowledge of UX design principles and best practices. - Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product management frameworks.
