To lead the Farm division's operational excellence and drive sustainable growth. This will ensure seamless operations, enhance customer experiences, and implement innovative growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: - Develop and execute retail operations and growth strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Identify new market opportunities and create expansion roadmaps for Farm business. Operational Excellence: - Oversee day-to-day Farm operations to ensure efficiency, cost optimization, and compliance with organizational standards. - Implement technology-driven solutions for operational improvement and inventory management. Customer Experience & Engagement: - Enhance the in-store and omni-channel customer experience to boost satisfaction and loyalty. - Monitor customer feedback to drive service improvement initiatives. Growth & Revenue Generation: - Develop innovative sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions tailored to market needs. Team Leadership & Development: - Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing retail team, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and goals. - Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives across the retail network. Market & Competitor Analysis: - Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive benchmarks. - Leverage insights to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Budgeting & Financial Management: - Prepare and manage Farm operational budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality. - Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. Sustainability & Innovation: - Incorporate sustainable practices into retail operations, ensuring environmental and social responsibility. - Lead initiatives in adopting new technologies and innovative practices for continuous improvement. Qualifications and Experience: - Masters degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields. - Minimum 12 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Demonstrated success in driving Farm/retail growth strategies and managing large-scale Farm/retail networks. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on expertise in managing retail operations across diverse formats and geographies.
