- The Performance Manager is responsible for driving organizational performance improvement by monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing business processes and employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain performance management systems and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze performance data across departments to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to set realistic performance targets and benchmarks.
- Design and deliver performance improvement initiatives, training, and development programs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Facilitate continuous feedback mechanisms and support a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Identify root causes of performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Support change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Work with HR on employee appraisal processes and link performance metrics to reward systems.
- Utilize performance management software and tools to track progress and generate insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience 5+ in performance management, business analysis, or operational excellence roles.
- Strong knowledge of performance measurement methodologies and tools (Balanced Scorecard, Six Sigma).
