NPI Project Manager - Renewable Energy Product Manufacturing

We are hiring an NPI Project Leader for a multinational renewable energy product manufacturing company. This role will drive New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and ensure successful implementation of new parts within a manufacturing environment. The incumbent will work closely with factory teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead NPI projects end-to-end based on approved project charters (scope, budget, resources, and timelines).

- Drive structured project execution using robust project management methodologies.

- Coordinate closely with local factory teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Monitor and report NPI KPIs and project progress on a regular basis.

- Identify project risks proactively and develop effective mitigation plans.

- Prepare comprehensive business cases to support informed decision-making.

- Ensure adherence to internal business procedures, safety, quality, and cost targets.

- Manage project budgets, expenses, and cash flow effectively.

- Ensure optimal utilization of allocated resources.

Qualification & Experience:

- Engineering Graduate with12 to 16 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI).Proven experience with a reputed manufacturing organization/ automobile / automotive component industry.

- Strong project management capabilities in a structured manufacturing environment.Excellent communication skills across senior leadership, customers, and project teams.Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills.Fluent in spoken and written English.Strong role-model mindset toward safety and quality.
