NPCI - Learning & Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to design, implement, and manage technology skills training programs. The role focuses on enhancing employees technical capabilities to meet current business needs and prepare for future digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Skill Gap Analysis: Identify current and future technology skill requirements through assessments, manager feedback, and industry benchmarking.

- Program Design & Delivery: Create blended learning programs (online, instructor-led, workshops, hackathons) for technical skill enhancement.

- Curriculum Development: Develop structured learning paths for core, emerging, and advanced technology skills (e.g., cloud, AI/ML, data analytics, cybersecurity).

- Vendor Management: Liaise with external training providers, e-learning platforms, and certification bodies.

- Certification Programs: Facilitate industry-recognized certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) and track completion.

- Learning Platforms: Manage Learning Management System (LMS) content, analytics, and learner engagement.

- Impact Measurement: Define KPIs, evaluate training effectiveness, and report ROI to leadership.

- Innovation in Learning: Introduce gamification, microlearning, and AI-driven personalization in tech learning programs.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Technology, HR, and Business leaders to ensure programs align with strategic goals.

Required Qualifications:

- B.Tech in Compute/IT (mandatory).

- 5+ years of experience in L&D, with at least 2 years focused on technology skill development.

- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and digital tools.

- Experience in designing learning programs for technical teams (IT, Data, Engineering).

- Proficiency in using LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and digital collaboration tools.

- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
