Position: Manager - Non-Litigation

Location: Mumbai

Working Days:5 Days, Monday to Friday (Work From Office)

Age Bar - Min 35yrs - Max 41yrs

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Non-Litigation with strong expertise in property laws, drafting, vetting, and non-litigation matters, ideally within the real estate or retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support non-litigation matters across the Group in collaboration with internal package teams.

- Conduct land due diligence and assist in structuring acquisitions.

- Drive initiatives to implement best-in-class legal processes and systems for enhanced team performance.

- Lead and guide a team of executives to ensure timely and high-quality legal support across multiple divisions.

- Draft, vet, and review a wide range of legal documents, including:

- Agreement for Sale, Leave & License, Lease Agreements

- Development Agreements, Deed of Conveyance, Tenancy Agreements, Deed of Gift

- Mortgage / Hypothecation / Pledge documents

- Power of Attorney, Affidavits

- Other documents related to non-litigation matters

Work Experience & Requirements:

- Prior experience in a Real Estate/Retail company handling property law matters.

- Strong exposure to land due diligence, title search, revenue-related proceedings, and related documentation.

- Team management experience preferred.

- Must have experience in property matters specifically for the Maharashtra region (Maharashtra).

- Must be proficient in Drafting and Vetting legal documents in Marathi.

Important Note:

- This is a full-time role on the company payroll.

- The company does not offer retainership or contract roles.

Selected candidates will be required to suspend their Sanad.
