Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-impact Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This role demands strong sourcing instincts, deep market networks, and a relentless execution mindset to close positions quickly and at scale. The ideal candidate should be highly hands-on with modern sourcing tools and capable of owning hiring outcomes end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end recruitment for critical and high-priority roles with clear accountability on timelines and closures

- Drive aggressive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, networking, and other direct sourcing channels

- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles

- Leverage an established personal and professional network to accelerate hiring

- Partner closely with founders, leadership, and hiring managers to define and execute hiring strategies

- Run sourcing sprints and ensure consistent, quality candidate flow

- Push interview scheduling, follow-ups, offer negotiations, and joiner conversions

- Champion diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruitment practices

- Maintain real-time updates and hiring metrics on the ATS.

What We're Looking For:

- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in startups or high-growth organizations

- Strong hands-on expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri (mandatory)

- Demonstrated ability to close roles under tight deadlines

- Deep understanding of the talent market with ready-to-use candidate networks

- High ownership, urgency, and execution-focused mindset

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

- Experience working with ATS and recruitment analytics.

Nice to Have:

- Experience scaling teams in a startup or rapid growth environment

- Exposure to IT / Technology hiring

- Ability to mentor or guide junior recruiters
