Role Summary:
The Zonal Manager ERP Sales & Operations will lead business growth and operational excellence across the West Zone. This role will own zonal revenue targets, oversee ERP implementations, manage large teams, and ensure high customer satisfaction while scaling the business in key western markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Drive ERP sales targets across the West Zone
- Develop and execute zonal go-to-market and expansion strategies
- Manage enterprise and high-value society accounts
- Build strong relationships with MC members, builders, RWAs, and channel partners
- Track sales funnel, forecasting, closures, and revenue realization
Operations & Customer Success:
- Ensure smooth onboarding and ERP implementation across societies
- Own post-sales operations, adoption, renewals, and upsell initiatives
- Act as escalation point for critical customer issues in the zone
- Collaborate with product, implementation, and support teams to enhance delivery
Team Leadership & Capability Building:
- Lead and manage Regional/Area Sales Managers and Operations teams
- Hire, train, mentor, and performance-manage zonal teams
- Set KPIs, conduct reviews, and drive a high-performance culture
- Enable teams with process, tools, and best practices
Strategic & Stakeholder Management:
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to leadership
- Work closely with marketing on zonal campaigns and partnerships
- Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and governance
- Represent NoBrokerHood at industry forums and client meetings
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in ERP / SaaS / B2B solution sales
- Proven ability to scale sales and operations across large geographies
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM, forecasting, and MIS
- Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in a fast-growth environment
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 4 - 6years of experience in ERP / SaaS / B2B sales & operations
- 4- 6 years in a regional or zonal leadership role
- Experience in prop-tech, real estate tech, or enterprise software is a plus
