About the Role :
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Manager-Sales (8-10 Years) with strong enterprise SaaS sales experience to drive growth for our AI-led platform (Conversational AI / Agentic AI solutions). The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in large account mapping, strategic account management, competitive positioning, and AI solution selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle (prospecting demo proposal closure).
- Lead large account mapping across CXO, Digital, Product, Customer Experience, and IT stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate and expand key enterprise accounts.
- Position AI-driven solutions (LLMs, Conversational AI, automation platforms) in complex client environments.
- Conduct detailed competitive analysis and craft differentiated value propositions.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Leadership teams for solutioning and deal structuring.
- Drive multi-million-dollar deal negotiations and long-term contracts.
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree from IIT or IIM is mandatory
- 4-6 years of B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals
- Strong understanding of AI, Conversational AI, LLMs, or automation platforms.
- Expertise in strategic account management and enterprise stakeholder mapping.
- Experience selling into large enterprises, GCCs, or digital-first organizations.
