Role Overview
The Account Manager will be responsible for driving advertising revenue for NKN Medias multiple outlets, with a strong focus on the real estate category. The role requires independently handling key clients, agencies and developers while achieving sales targets and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of existing and new clients, with Real estate FMCG, Auto, Retail, . BFSI, corporate etc. as the core category
- Achieve monthly and annually revenue targets from direct clients and agencies.
- Create and pitch customized media solutions aligned to client marketing objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate groups, channel partners, and media agencies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and new project launches in real estate to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (programming, creative, scheduling, finance) to ensure smooth campaign execution, billing and collections.
- Prepare sales reports, projections, and MIS for management review.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of proven experience in selling radio and print inventory in leading media organizations.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience handling real estate category as a core segment (builders, developers, townships, commercial projects).
- Strong network with real estate clients and media agencies in the region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with revenue targets, manage multiple accounts, and close high-value deals.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM or sales reporting tools.
