Job Description:

- We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Deputy Assistant Manager - Investment (B2B Sales) to drive channel expansion and business growth by onboarding and developing Financial Product Distributors/Partners.

- The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a business development mindset, and a passion for the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, approach, and engage potential leads interested in entrepreneurship and explain available business opportunities in financial product distribution.

- Convince and onboard prospective individuals to become Financial Product Distributors/Partners.

- Provide comprehensive training and guidance to distributors on financial products, sales techniques, and business growth strategies.

- Develop and implement business development plans and activities to support partner success
