Role Description

- This is an on-site full-time role for a Branch Manager located in Mayiladuturai.

- The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, guide staff through coaching and training, manage budgets, develop business strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and cultivate customer relationships.

- The role will also involve assessing local market conditions to identify current and prospective sales opportunities, addressing customer grievances to maintain high service standards, and preparing branch financial statements.

Qualifications

- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and motivate staff.

- Experience in budget management, business strategy development, and financial analysis.

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and the ability to ensure branch operations adhere to policies.

- Excellent customer relationship management skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Previous experience in banking or housing finance is an advantage.
