Role Overview :

As the Head of Finance, you will serve as the strategic financial architect for the organization, overseeing all fiscal operations and long-term planning. You will work closely with the leadership team to translate business objectives into actionable financial strategies, ensuring the company maintains a healthy P&L and robust cash flow. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth trajectory by providing deep analytical insights, managing regulatory compliance, and fostering transparent communication with stakeholders to ensure the firm remains agile and profitable in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Direct the end-to-end financial planning and analysis process to provide the leadership team with accurate forecasts and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

- Manage the full-cycle P&L responsibility, identifying cost-optimization opportunities and revenue growth levers to improve overall margins.

- Oversee comprehensive financial reporting, ensuring all statutory filings, audits, and compliance requirements are met with precision and integrity.

- Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate new business initiatives, investment opportunities, and long-term capital allocation strategies.

- Lead corporate finance initiatives, including treasury management, risk mitigation, and the structuring of financial frameworks that support the company's scaling efforts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional department heads to align departmental budgets with the broader organizational financial goals and operational requirements.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing Corporate Finance functions, with a proven track record of driving fiscal discipline in a high-growth environment.

- Advanced proficiency in Financial Modeling and data analysis, with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, executive-level presentations.

- Strong command over Financial Reporting standards and regulatory frameworks, ensuring complete accuracy and transparency in all financial disclosures.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate financial narratives effectively to non-finance team members.

- A professional qualification such as a CA, MBA (Finance) from a premier institute, or equivalent certification is preferred.

- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to solving operational financial challenges.

- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, ideally within the technology or application services sector.
