Role Overview

- Drive AIF & PMS business growth in the assigned region

- Manage and grow assets, revenue, and investor base

- Work closely with the Distribution Team to execute regional strategies

Key Responsibilities

- Source AIF & PMS business through: MFDs, BNDs, National Distributors, Direct Investors

- Build and manage relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and Institutions

- Achieve AUM and revenue targets for the region

- Conduct investor and distributor meetings, product presentations, and joint calls

- Strengthen market presence through roadshows and distributor engagement

- Position AIF & PMS products effectively based on investment strategy and performance

- Coordinate with Investment, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing teams

- Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance guidelines

Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp:

- 10+ years of experience in AIF / PMS sales or business development

- Should have experience in institutional/ private banking / wealth management space

- Metro market handling experiences a must

- Currently or previously managing AIF & PMS business in an AMC, NBFC, or Bank

- Strong distributor and investor network in the region

- Proven ability to close large-ticket investments

- Excellent relationship management and communication skills

Education

UG: Any Graduate

PG: Any Postgraduate, MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
