Job Title: Business Analyst Responsibilities: - Gather, review and analyze business and industry data and other key metrics using data analytical tools to understand the business problem statements with supporting user cases, process workflows and dependencies, & partner with product manager & team members to propose the best solution. - Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling - Develop and drive design and integrated solutions for technical needs by analysing data, workflows, and streamlining the process. - Leverage data analytics to identify areas of software adoption and functionality improvements in partnership with product manager and engineering teams. - Articulate solutions to complex problems and present relevant information using different analytical tools. - Align cross-functionally with independent contributors and senior leadership interacting with respective applications on team adoption initiatives. - Drive large-scale initiatives typically involving multiple internal teams and develop strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to drive alignment. - Track/follow up on program deliverables and clear blockers/escalations for internal teams. - Responsible for end-to-end management of existing programs and data dashboards, including its lifecycle from product vision, strategy and roadmap to business analysis, requirement definition, product design, development, and testing. - Be the connection and orchestration point for other technical resources working across services to ensure continuous improvements through changes in product design and various initiatives/programs that improve quality, profitability, supportability, and delivery. Requirements: - +5 years of relevant work experience in the industry or role - B. Tech/ B.E. or any bachelor's degree in related field. - Proven knowledge of language and analytical tools (SQL, Power Bi, Python is preferred). - Skilled in Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). - A problem-solving individual with strong analytical acumen. - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. - Team Player and thrives in a collaborative work environment with Interpersonal skills and an upbeat & learning attitude. - Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. - Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.
