About the role and impact after Hiring:


Legal Executive/Manager will be responsible for supporting the company's legal, compliance and General Affairs functions by assisting in legal documentation, contract management, statutory filings, and day-to-day legal operations. The role requires familiarity with corporate and commercial laws, attention to detail, and the ability to manage legal documents, filings, maintain internal documents files to keep in order, lnsurance files, coordinate with the lnsurance Agents to processes efficiently, etc.


Responsibilities:


- Draft, review, and manage standard legal documents including contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and notices etc.


- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.


- Coordinate with in lnternal Department to find out the lnsurance policy expiry dates. ensure to renew the expired policies effectively having coordination with lnsurance agents, etc.


- Assist in handling company litigation, coordinating with external legal counsel, and following up on legal matters.


- Prepare and maintain legal records, case files, contract registers, and legal databases.


- Conduct preliminary legal research and summarize findings for the legal team.


- Assist in drafting replies to legal notices, show-cause notices, or regulatory inquiries.


- Support corporate secretarial work such as preparation of board resolutions and company filings.


- Liaise with government departments, statutory bodies, and legal authorities as required.


Candidate requirements:


- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB). Preferably Masters in Law (LLM) having Corporate and Security Law Specialization


- Desired candidate should have more than 3 years of relevant experience with in a corporate legal department, preferably in the production or construction industry.


- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, labour laws and company Laws etc..


- Excellent drafting and legal documentation skills.


- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.


- Detail-oriented and organized with good record-keeping skills.


- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.


- Working knowledge of litigation procedures and court processes.
